A Pentecost Reflection

Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit You are wonderful and beautiful.
You are “Motherly” and “Fatherly,” all Love.
You are like a brother and a sister.
You are a friend and confidante.
You are joyful as a little child.
You are like a very wise old man.
You are gentle and kind; yet very strong.
You are like a Grandpa and Grandma who comforts me.
You are a tenacious teacher who educates and corrects me.
You are passionate as You guide me in my way.
You fill my soul with boldness and compassion.
You are a bright light showing me the path of righteousness.
You pour out to me zealous courage, faith and joy.
You make me stronger than I really am.
You protect me.
You anoint me.
You wash me with the Word of God.
You give me Peace.

With You, Holy Spirit, I can do all things the Father asks.
I will always glorify Jesus, My Lord, who has given You to me.
You are the greatest gift ever!

Encouraging Word 5-19-13

Doubt and confusion over an issue means you cannot see how you would do it or “fix” a situation. Faith and belief means you know you can’t do it or fix it at all, but you trust I CAN! Now add receiving and embracing My way, My word, My answers and you have total victory! The power, the authority you have in Me flows. Your city is yours! Your state is yours! Your nation is yours! Lift up My Word, My Son, My Spirit and I, your Father, will exalt you among mankind; among nations.

GRACE! Lean, Lean, Lean heavily on Me! Seek Me and not another way. Eyes on Me! Ears open to Me! Heart fixed on Me! And, I will build your heart into a fortress of My Love. Your belly will overflow with fountains and rivers from My Belly, all for the peoples I send you to; many faces, many nations. And, fear not! I am strengthening you to accomplish much you have only dreamed. You dare to believe this, Child, and I will give it all to you!

As White as Snow

Seems Father God had me fly 1600 miles to Minnesota and drive another hour into Wisconsin to be sure that I experienced snow, lots of snow, on the National Day of Prayer instead of my usual California sun. He spoke to my heart as I looked at the lovely sight of this once in a life time heavy Spring snow. (There is no recorded record of this much snow in May.) He told me it was very specifically contained to a defined area that represented the heart of the nation. (The snow fell across the middle of the nation from southern Minnesota and eastern Wisconsin to as south as far as Oklahoma. It was so defined that the line of where it started and ended could be clearly seen by helicopter and satellite). He said that He privileged me to see a symbolic promise to our nation and to not take it lightly or dismiss it as an oddity. It is a promise of cleansing of our collective hearts, of robing our national heart in purity, of a clean slate and new beginning as we turn to Him for help in our desperate need.

God loves the people of our land; He loves the USA. He hears our prayers intercessors and He is sending answers from Heaven…As we turn to Jesus and repent before Him, He will make our sins as white as snow.

He also gave another Intercessor this scripture when she saw the photo and read what the Lord had given me:

Job 38:22,23
“Have you entered the treasury of snow,
Or have you seen the treasury of hail,
Which I have reserved for the time of trouble,
For the day of battle and war?”

This cleansing and robe of purity has come to the intercessors and remnant to help us to continue in times of trouble, battle and war… it will soon clothe the entirity of the body of Christ in the USA and change the heart of our nation!

The Ship is Turning!

At one of our recent “Courts of Heaven” prayer gatherings as we were praying for the leaders in the church and the body of Christ. I was specifically praying that the leaders would receive revelation from God, a renewed intimacy and love relationship with the Father and that they would lead “the sheep” into His arms where there is freedom, peace, and joy instead of religious chains, heaviness, shame and condemnation.

Suddenly, I saw a huge ship slowly moving in a vast sea. It was very old and rusty. It was headed the wrong way into shallow dark waters and about to go a-ground. (Ezekiel 8:9-18; Romans 8:5-7) As I pressed into the prayer asking the Lord to turn His church toward Him, I put up my hand and I touched the bow of that big old ship. As I touched it a tiny tug boat came into view. It was tugging away on the bow of that ship trying to turn it. It was a beautiful tugboat! I kept praying and the intercessors joined me in intense intercession. As we prayed, I actually felt the ship, I could feel it hard, solid, and as I pushed with the my hand the bow of that big old ship moved! As the bow turned, I could see hundreds of tug boats on the other side of the ship. They were pulling together or on the way to help turn the bow of the ship. The tug boats were all very colorful, newly painted, shining in the SONSHINE. The glory of the Lord Jesus Christ shone on them. The waters on the other side of the ship glittered with glory.

The Holy Spirit spoke to me that the big rusty ship represented the greater worldwide church and they where facing the wrong way, they were rusty with religious bondage, they were headed toward the world and about to be beached. The tugboats represented the intercessors and the Remnant who were constantly being renewed by their intimate relationship with God. They were washed, fresh and clean, strong in the Lord and the power of His might. They are FREE! They were praying and pulling on the ship to turn around,to face God, and to begin to sail into the freedom and blessing found in the vastness of His ocean of love, peace, righteous and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Such JOY and HOPE flooded my soul as I felt that ship’s bow turn toward God! Such encouragement as a prophetic intercessor to be privileged to see the effectiveness of the Remnant’s and Intercessor’s prayers and the unity we have in the Spirit to bless and to change the course of the church through our prayers.

I received these Scriptures as an encouragement to keep praying!!! Joel 2:17 – 19
Let the priests, who minister to the LORD, Weep between the porch and the altar; Let them say, “Spare Your people, O LORD, And do not give Your heritage to reproach, That the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’” Then the LORD will be zealous for His land, And pity His people. The LORD will answer and say to His people, “Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, And you will be satisfied by them; I will no longer make you a reproach among the nations.

Romans 8:18-27
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
