the Green Room

Cave Green room 2

For quite some time I have been seeing the number 4 everywhere, usually 444. In my New Year letter to you I shared an article on that which can be read on this Blog. The fours have been so persistent, as I follow the Lord’s instruction to claim the promises of 4, that I have taken much time to sit with the Him and learn more about this message to us. What struck me was Green is the 4th color of the covenant rainbow God set before Noah. It is the color of the bow that is over the Throne of God. And, it is the color of change and renewal, as well as, a symbol of Spring and new life. It is also, I am hearing in my times with Him, a message to us that we are in a season of tremendous growth. This green growing season is most specifically for those who will or are seeking Him above all else.
He tells me there are hundreds, more likely thousands, of disciples of Christ Jesus who are right now in His “Green Room.” It is a place of waiting, of precision preparation and of such intense growth into His likeness that it aches and even hurts in the deepest places of our souls. This is a place of personal isolation, yet we are not really isolated. Life goes on around us and we are interacting and productive, but we are also separated out for a specific season with Him. It is hard to describe this place. It is doing daily tasks, attending church, or prayer group, interacting with others, but feeling out of sync with it all as Father God calls to us to cling to Him. Some in the Green Room are wondering if they have “lost it” as their life has so radically changed. What worked in the past, is not working now.
Past ways are not working because we are in a waiting room just this side of brand new – but, the good news is that even God’s waiting rooms are lush and green and full of life.  I saw this place as an emerald cave-like room. It has no furniture. As I entered the room I felt alone. But, then I realized He was there. He was everywhere. It was empty of worldly things on purpose. There was nothing in the room to distract me from Him. As I looked around the room sensing His presence suddenly stairs lit up; Beautiful Golden Stairs that led to a chamber where there was a white table with chairs. A young man in a white tunic sat at the head of the table and many others like me sat at the table. There was an empty chair for me and I sat down. Jesus, the young man, spoke with us there about life, His love, and His plans.
Yes, it is a room of separation and God Himself has called us to this chamber. In many ways it is a lonely place as the distractions of our lives, ministry, work, and achievements are stripped away. It is also a vitally necessary place. Once in the Green Room as we wait on Him we are privileged to find out how independent of Him we have really been; how much we have relied on ourselves and asked Him to bless what we have done.  It is also a lush place of rest. True rest in the Lord is rare, but those in the Green Room are learning to truly rest; to fearlessly trust their God and King.
Some are being called out to make surprising life changes. In many cases God has inspired this group to move to a new city where they know few or no one in order to get them to center their attention on Him alone. Others are being called to leave behind long time ministries as the doors close on that season and He prepares them for the new doors opening. Still others are being asked to give up some things very dear to them that are no longer needed for the season we have entered.  It can be a confusing time as the old is closed and the new is established. That is why this message is vital.
He says stay in the Green Room until it is time… This is important. Just as the green room in our culture is the place that people wait and do their last minute preparations just before they go on stage at the appointed time, His Green room is our last minute preparation before we go on His stage at His appointed time.   Yes, those of us in preparation right now are about to be revealed as sons and daughters of God; as Ambassadors of Christ who are Demonstrators of His Love, Power and Word.  A Spotlight will be upon those humble servants who persevere and are relentless in their pursuit of Him. They will not put themselves in the limelight. God Himself will shine His light upon and through them.
Be most blessed and full of HOPE & JOY!

Pathway to God’s Best

Sunpath

Prepare for all things to become new. You are on a pathway to My best.”

These are the words I keep hearing from the Lord despite all the negative news reports in our nation and the world.

Can we really comprehend everything changed, everything new?

That’s the question of my heart and His answer is remarkable. He has confidence in us and He will help us through each phase of His plan for our nation. Here is what the Lord spoke to me: I shall turn your hearts toward Me. There will be a crescendo of My Presence and there will be a sign and a wonder to prove to all that I have walked among you. From My touch will spring many new streams and you will be like a mighty river as you, as each stream, is bound together by My perfect love. The battle for the USA rages on, but know this, I Myself strengthen you. The victory is Mine. In your weakness I will be strong and your nation shall be won to My glory.

He gave Malachi 4:2-3 as further encouragement to share this day: “But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out and grow fat like stall-fed calves. You shall trample the wicked (one),For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this,” Says the Lord of hosts.

I added “one” after wicked as under the new covenant God directs us that we battle not against flesh and blood but against demonic forces in the heavenlies. He will make all things new in our nation. His destiny for us all will come to pass as we allow Him to work through us to trample on the demonic forces that are trying to destroy us. We must think of ourselves as victors, not victims! Yes, we can walk through this time of change and see the glory of the Lord in the midst!

Refreshing Wind

Refreshing

What I have observed is that weariness and a sense of oppression has been rampant among the remnant and intercessors. Truly it is vital that we continue to pray for each other as we go through increasingly difficult times of fear hitting our nation and more spiritual darkness comes upon the earth.

We have been in a season of steadily increasing challenges, a very unsettling time.  This message not to tell you that the world will be “normal” again, or that this season will go away and be all be over and done with soon. That is not the truth. The Lord has told me many times since the mid-1990s we are going to see very dark days and perplexing things in our nation and this world, BUT the church will glow brighter and brighter with His Love and Presence. We will be more and more His anointed representatives, Christ-like Ambassadors, and people will run to His Light.

Don’t give up and pull-back! We must continue to stand in faith, believe and pray,  for our prayers are benefiting our communities, state, and nation in magnificent ways we can’t yet see. Though He tells me many of you are tired to the bone, know that Jesus and Holy Spirit stand with you and all of heaven is responding to your prayers. All you may see, feel, hear and smell is war and resistance, but what you are doing is helping others receive from God what they could not receive or cannot receive without prayer intervention. Your sacrifice is worth it!

Hang on just a little longer is what I am hearing. There is a very specific and special refreshing wind for the intercessors and the remnant praying church that is about to be released by the Father. When it comes, be prepared for amazing change in YOU and around you. This wind is what many of you have been waiting for. He has told you about it and it is about to blow freely through the remnant church to give us strength and ability to stand for Him in these times.

Father God is very proud of you and pleased with you. Trust Him and keep seeking Him. The reward of His loving touch in your life and the resulting outpouring of salvation, blessing and favor around you is a treasure worth great sacrifice. He is worth walking through this trialing time.

Stand fast in Him and believe He loves you and has your best in mind.

With love and JOY,

Rev Cheryl

We have job to do!

“And you shall swear, ‘The Lord lives,’ In truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; The nations shall bless themselves in Him, And in Him they shall glory.” Jeremiah 4:2

All I ever hear from the Lord is that
we are being prepared to enter into the USA’s Greatest Hour!

I don’t listen to or read all the junk being published about the downfall of the USA. Truly, there are far too many that love the Lord with their whole heart and whole mind salted throughout our nation for God to destroy us. No, we are not in a time of wrath and destruction. We are in a time of course correction, discipline and intense training so we are prepared to rise up in our greatest hour ever!

I know that I must shout from the rooftops to the body of Christ: Believe the truth of God’s word and begin to declare His truth and BLESS our nation!!!

Start today, during our national birthday month. Let’s stop speaking unbelief, fear and death over our land and start speaking LIFE ABUNDANT in Christ Jesus! As we rise up together and become a voice of blessing in every sphere, we will see righteousness return steadily to our land!

We have a job to do, a great work in the Lord, to win a nation back to Christ.

Let’s stop complaining and go do it!

We Can Do It!!

Spotlight-2.jpg

In a recent dream I saw a woman standing in total darkness. A bright spotlight pierced the darkness and lit her up. She held a microphone. She stood alone on a platform. Her head was down. She was dressed in white with a red wrap. She lifted her head. Her hair shone brilliant white and her eyes flashed with fire. At the top of her voice she shouted: I CAN! I CAN DO THIS! Then she began to sing in chant with great joy: I can! I can do this! over and over. I joined her in the dream and woke myself up saying “I can! I can do this!”

I took the dream to the the Lord in prayer and He gave me Psalm 98:1 “Oh sing to the Lord a New Song! For He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the Victory!”

Some of the dream interpretation is obvious: The woman represents the church, the bride of Christ. The Light of heaven is upon her. She stands in purity wrapped in the blood of Jesus. She radiates glory and fire is in her eyes. She stands in a place of authority and her voice is amplified in the earth.

Holy Spirit also spoke this to me: Up till that moment in the dream, when she began to declare in song chant, she was not using her voice. And, by her words, there was a thought of failure and oppression of the enemy that needed to be dealt with through declaration.    1 Thessalonians 1:24 “He who called you is faithful, who also will do it.” came to mind.

Yes, Lord, let us sing a new song of faith in YOU, of trust that You can do great things as we take our stand and lift our voice declaring Your truth. Let Your Light shine brilliantly upon us and flow through us. Restore our joy in You for YES! we can do this! We can be Your Ambassadors in the midst of darkness declaring your Your marvelous love and works. There is Victory in Christ Jesus! AMEN!

Be Found in Peace

peaceinsand

Very powerfully, during the past two days the Lord kept speaking to me the phrase: Be Found in Peace. This was in response to my prayers asking Him about the times we are in. There has been a dramatic shift in the spirit realms that started June 18th and has accelerated daily since. So much has happened this past month in our nation that has been simply alarming. In midst of this rapid change, I asked the Lord what was most important for all of us this season.

This phrase He gave me is part of 2 Peter 3:10-14 (NKJV) dealing with the times just before the coming of the Lord… 10)But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. 11)Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12)looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13)Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. 14)Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

He also highlighted to me:
Ephesians 4:1-3 (NKJV) 1) I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2)with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3)endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

And one more scripture: Ephesians 2:14 -20(NKJV) 14)For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15)having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, 16)and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. 17)And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. 18For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.

Jesus created a bridge for us to the Father when He made peace between God and man through His death and resurrection. And, He made the way for us to be at peace with each other, as well. He preached that peace for the benefit of everyone. He sacrificed His life for that peace so that everyone far and near, Jew and Gentile, could benefit.

Peace is an amazing gift of God and fruit of the Spirit that we have always had available, but there is something markedly important we must know now for this very hour!  James further defines peace as the vessel through which is sown the fruit of righteousness; James 3:18 (NKJV) Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. Additionally, peace is fully 1/3 of the foundation of the kingdom of God. Romans 14:17 (NKJV) for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

All these scriptures are excellent and power packed reads. Read them out loud. Talking about the peace described in the word of God begins to produce peace within us. That is good and the first step toward what is needed in our day, but to feel calm and full is but a small part of this marvelous manifestation of God.

I believe peace is the second most significant mark of the end-times church – next to the unbelievers seeing us loving one another as Jesus loves us with no more strife and jealousy — peace will be the most identifying factor of a true disciple of the Lord Jesus.

Even more than that, I am convinced it is our God’s number one market place spiritual “tool” that He will use in the days we have just entered. More even than people seeking healing, we have entered a time when folks will yearn and long for peace. The only place real peace will be found is in Christ Jesus. Therefore, it will be found in the presence of His disciples.

This is what the Lord spoke to me regarding all of His ministers working in the fields: The bottom line is you and I, we, are His peace-bearers. As we endeavor to rest in Him and hear His voice each day and purposefully choose to be found only in HIM, peace will flow like a river from us into the midst of problems, fear, sins, even chaos and defeat it.

The words used in the Bible for peace shed more light on this. They are in Greek “Eirene” and in Hebrew “Shalom.” Eirene means to prosper or prosperity: wholeness or oneness, peace, quietness, rest, and very significantly to be set at one again. That phrase, in further study, means to put back together what has been destroyed and scattered. Shalom means to have favor, to be safe, happy, healthy, and prosperous, to restore, to be perfectly well and whole and at rest. The Hebrew symbols or letter characters for Shalom actually say “the authority that destroys chaos.”

This peace of God is something supernatural that is available
at all times to everyone that has Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Because of His peace we are chaos slayers!
Start thinking of yourself as a “chaos slayer;”
one who destroys chaos by giving peace away
.

This is also one of the first things that the demonic forces work very hard to destroy in our lives. The enemy works constantly to keep us rattled, nervous, worried, afraid, even panicked so that we are limited and cannot flow freely with peace for others. He cannot take our peace away, because he cannot remove Jesus from our hearts. So, instead he works to constantly hold us in bondage to circumstances and in the “peace-seeking mode” for ourselves just to make it through the day. This is so that we never enter the “peace-releasing mode” that is for other people.

We are designed to receive from God and then give it away. Whether it is love, peace, joy, kindness, any fruit or gift of the Spirit, we are to be vessels, conduits, through which He can flow. We are destined to be constantly in touch with Him, and continuously filled to overflowing with plenty for ourselves and, more importantly, abundance for the desperate world around us.

Grab hold of our promise that the God of Peace will shortly crush satan under our feet (Romans 16:20). When we really get this scripture, really believe it and become it – that God is in us so the enemy is crushed as we go about day – the result will be that people who come in contact with us will suddenly be at peace. Like the Greek word Eirene they will be supernaturally put back together like a scattered puzzle.

It will be amazing because peace heals, peace puts back together shattered lives, peace destroys the tension and chaos, peace drives back fear, peace is the glue of unity and therefore will re-establish marriages and heal relationships, plus so much more!

During every day activities, the Peace of God will embrace the people that come into our lives. I asked God to show me what happens to people as His peace washes over them. Suddenly, I had a picture before me. I was standing with a young man. He was sharing his problems. I listened and as I chose to seek peace for him, Jesus walked up behind him. Then He picked up that young man and held him like a small babe in in His arms. Isn’t that precious? He will hold them in His arms. They will feel His loving touch and perhaps for the first time in their lives relax in perfect peace.

This is going to pave the way in every sphere of influence: business, education, government, media, sports, health care, families, even churches for spontaneous salvation. The people will know that God has touched them and millions will receive Jesus as He pours out peace through His disciples.

I believe right now that the Holy Spirit is positioning many of us to step into this supernaturally natural outpouring. His word to all of us today is from 1 Peter – The Lord says pursue peace!  1 Peter 3:11 (NKJV) 1)  Let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it.

Since our Ephesians scripture clearly says Jesus is our peace that means our goal really is to constantly nurture our personal relationship with Him. To seek out the place of peace that is found only in His heart. To seek Jesus and to pursue Him!

One last word in this pursuit of peace: of all the things in the enemy’s arsenal that will destroy peace, besides us being totally in sin, is to worry and be anxious. Jesus said all the time in the Gospels: Don’t worry – What good does it do you?

Paul gives great advice what to do when anxiousness and worry try to take hold. He says in Philippians 4:6 7 (NKJV) 6)Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7)and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Isaiah gave advice on this subject as well in 26:3 (NKJV) You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

Know that peace is not only available to us, it is on the increase! Isaiah 9:7 (NKJV) Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end…

Proverbs tells us peace is readily available to take care of even a dire situation: Proverbs 16:7 (NKJV) When a man’s ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

In Psalms it tells us that the word of God produces peace 119:165 (NKJV) Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble.

Jesus, Himself, said in John 14:27 (NKJV) Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

With those words of our Savior, I bless you to walk in great peace in your life and to be a vessel of abundant overflow. To enter fully into this new season so that all whom the Lord places in your life will be supernaturally overcome by His amazing wonderful peace as it flows through you.

2 Thessalonians 3:16 (NKJV) Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.

May you always be found in peace!
